Do you choose to find God or to be forsaken?

"And he went out to meet Asa, and said to him: 'Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin. The lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you." (2 Chronicles 15:2)

Yes, this was said specifically to someone else at a different time. But keep in mind Hebrews 13:8 says, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." Also remember Romans 15:4 tells us Old Testament scriptures are written for our learning.

So again, do you choose to find God or for Him to forsake you? Don't lose this game of hide-and-seek.
