While no political scientist, historian, or expert student of any kind, I do have this answer to our current international conflicts these days:

“Say among the nations, ‘The LORD reigns; The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples righteously.’”

Psalm 96:10 reveals this to us. To be on the right side of judgment regardless of nationality, we need to follow God’s commands in the Bible.

We can see certainties of the future by continuing in Psalm 96 with verses 11-13 -- “Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; Let the sea roar, and all its fullness; Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the woods will rejoice before the LORD. For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with His truth.”

Will we be able to rejoice like the trees? God has done His part sacrificing His Son making salvation possible. Now it is up to us to confess Jesus is the Christ (Romans 10:9-10), repent (Luke 13:3, Acts 2:38, 17:30-31), be baptized (Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38 and 22:16, 1 Peter 3:21), and live faithfully (Matthew 10:22, Revelation 2:10).

What will you do? The certainty is He is coming.
